The Global Leadership Hypothesis and FinanceInspired4Success
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
These terms replace the version effective from September 2018.
Please read these terms carefully before you use our website or courses. They explain what you can and cannot do, and what you can expect from us. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of:
• www.globalleadershiphypothesis.com; and
• our online course platform at financeinspired4success.thinkific.com (also reached via financeinspired4success.com), including the course discussions,
together, the “Site”. They cover use of the Site only. If you buy a course, programme or other product from us, our Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to that purchase, and they take priority over these terms if the two conflict.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us.
3. Other policies that apply to you
These terms work alongside the following documents, which also apply to your use of the Site:
• our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal information;
• our Cookie Policy, which explains how we use cookies and similar technologies; and
• our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the content standards for anything you post on the Site.
4. Who can use the Site
Our courses and discussions are designed for adults developing their professional and leadership skills. You must be 18 or over to create an account, enrol on a course or post in the discussions.
The Site is run from the United Kingdom. If you use it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
5. Changes to these terms and to the Site
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the Site works. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you have an account with us, we will email you about any significant change before it takes effect. Please check this page whenever you use the Site.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site, for example to fix problems, add new content or for business reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major change. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or uninterrupted. Changes to a course you have paid for are dealt with under our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Your account
To access courses or the discussions you will need an account. You agree that:
• the information you give us is accurate, current and complete, and you will keep it up to date;
• your account is for you only. You must not share your login details or let anyone else use your account;
• you will keep your password secure, and tell us straight away at enquiries@authenticityresolved.com if you think someone else knows it or has used your account.
Passwords are stored securely by our course platform provider. We cannot see your password and will never ask you for it. If we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or misused, we may require you to reset your password or temporarily suspend the account to protect you and other users.
7. Using our materials
7.1 Who owns the materials
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the Site and its content. This includes videos, interviews, transcripts, audio files, course materials, tests, surveys, articles, images, text, design and logos (the “Materials”). These are protected by copyright and other laws in the UK and around the world.
7.2 What you may do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we may withdraw, to:
• view the Materials on the Site for your own personal learning and professional development; and
• where we make a download available, download and print one copy for your own use, provided you do not change it and you keep all copyright and other notices on it.
7.3 The “Share it” element of our courses
Some of our courses use our “See it, do it, share it”© format. Where a course includes a Share it section, you may share the specific materials identified there with the team you directly lead, for their internal development only, and only in the way that section describes. No other sharing is permitted.
7.4 What you must not do
Unless we have agreed in writing, you must not:
• copy, modify, adapt, translate or create works based on the Materials;
• sell, rent, lend, give away, publish, upload, post or otherwise distribute the Materials, including on social media, file-sharing services or other websites;
• record, screen-capture or download videos or audio that we have not made available for download;
• use the Materials to deliver training, coaching or consultancy to others, or for any other commercial purpose;
• use the Materials to train, fine-tune or develop any artificial intelligence system, or to create a product or service that competes with ours; or
• remove or obscure any copyright notice, trade mark or other identifying mark.
You are welcome to talk about what you have learned. What you must not do is reproduce or share the Materials themselves, other than as allowed above. Nothing in these terms restricts anything the law expressly allows you to do, such as limited quotation for criticism or review under copyright law.
7.5 Interviews and views expressed
The Global Leadership Hypothesis interviews reflect the personal views of the people interviewed. They do not necessarily reflect our views, or those of the organisations those people work for.
7.6 If you break these rules
If you use the Materials in breach of this section, your right to use them ends immediately and you must, at our request, delete or destroy any copies you have made.
8. Trade marks
FinanceInspired4Success, The Global Leadership Hypothesis, GLHYPO, “See it, do it, share it”©, “Seven shifts to the transformation of great leadership”© and our logos are trade marks or protected names of Authentic Change Solutions Ltd. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
9. Course discussions and anything else you post
9.1 Where you can post
Students can post in the discussion section under each course. Posts there can be seen by other students enrolled on that course and by us. Think before you post: treat it as a professional, semi-public space.
9.2 Your posts remain yours
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display and reproduce your post for the purpose of running the Site and the course. We will not use your posts or your name in our marketing without your permission.
9.3 Content standards
You are responsible for what you post. Everything you post must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not post anything that:
• is illegal, or encourages or helps anyone to commit a crime, including fraud, terrorism-related content, threats, harassment, stalking, hate offences or intimate image abuse;
• exploits or harms children in any way;
• encourages or assists suicide or self-harm;
• is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory or offensive;
• infringes anyone’s copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights, or that you do not have the right to share;
• contains other people’s personal information without their permission, or confidential information about your employer, clients or anyone else;
• impersonates anyone or misrepresents who you are or who you are connected with;
• advertises or promotes goods, services or businesses, seeks money, sponsorship or investment, or promotes pyramid or similar schemes;
• contains viruses or other harmful code; or
• is spam, off-topic or disrupts other students’ use of the discussions.
9.4 Reviews and feedback
If you leave a review, rating or testimonial about our courses, it must reflect your own genuine experience. If you have received anything in return for it, such as a discount, you must say so in the review. We do not publish fake reviews, and we take reasonable steps to prevent and remove them.
9.5 Our rights over posts
We are not obliged to check every post before it appears, but we may review posts and may remove or refuse any post that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Where we remove your post or restrict your account, we will tell you why, unless the law prevents us or doing so would put someone at risk.
10. Reporting content and making complaints
10.1 How to report a post
If you see something in the discussions that you think is illegal, harmful or breaches these terms, please tell us. Use the reporting option on the post where one is available, or email enquiries@authenticityresolved.com with the subject line “Content report”. Please include the course name, a link to or description of the post, and why you are concerned.
10.2 What we will do
We will review every report promptly. When we become aware of illegal content, we will remove it swiftly. We may also remove other content that breaches these terms, warn the person who posted it, or suspend or close their account. We may report illegal content to the police or other authorities where appropriate.
10.3 If you disagree with a decision
If we have removed your post, restricted your account, or not acted on something you reported, and you think we got it wrong, you can complain by emailing enquiries@authenticityresolved.com with the subject line “Complaint”. We will look at it again, with fresh eyes where possible, and aim to reply within 10 working days.
If you think someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999 straight away.
11. Links and third-party services
The Site relies on trusted third-party services, including our course platform (Thinkific), our website platform (ClickFunnels), video hosting (such as Vimeo and YouTube), payment providers (PayPal and Stripe) and online booksellers (such as Amazon). When you use these services, their own terms and privacy notices also apply.
The Site may contain links to other websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they use your information. If a link is an affiliate link, we will make that clear.
You may link to our home page, as long as you do so fairly and lawfully, and do not suggest any association with or endorsement by us where none exists. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
12. Security
We take reasonable steps to keep the Site secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from bugs or viruses. Please use up-to-date security software on your devices.
You must not:
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the systems it runs on, or any account other than your own;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the Site in any way, including through a denial-of-service attack;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site; or
• use or distribute tools designed to compromise security, such as password-cracking or network-probing tools.
Doing any of these may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity where lawfully required.
13. Information on the Site
The content on the Site is provided for general information and professional development. It is not financial, legal, accounting or career advice tailored to your circumstances, and you should take professional advice before acting on it.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that all content is complete, accurate or current. Some content, including older interviews and course material, may become out of date.
14. Our responsibility to you
14.1 What we do not exclude
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14.2 If you use the Site as a consumer
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
If digital content we supply damages a device or digital content belonging to you because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
The Site is provided for your personal learning and development. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
14.3 If you use the Site for a business
If you use the Site in the course of a business, then, to the extent the law allows:
• we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise apply to the Site or its content;
• we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and
• our total liability to you in connection with the Site will not exceed £100 or, if greater, the total you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14.4 Your responsibility
If you use the Site in the course of a business, you agree to compensate us for any loss, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) we incur as a result of your breach of sections 7, 9 or 12.
15. Suspending or ending your access
You can stop using the Site at any time.
We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Site if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Where we can, we will tell you why. What happens to any paid course access is covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Sections 7, 8, 14 and 18, and any other terms that by their nature should continue, will continue to apply after your access ends.
16. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these terms does not mean you have agreed to receive marketing from us. We will only send you marketing where you have separately chosen to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.
17. Other important terms
• Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and make sure your rights are not affected. You may not transfer your rights without our written agreement.
• Third parties: no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
• Severability: if a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest will continue in full force.
• No waiver: if we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, or we delay taking action, that does not stop us from doing so later.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland; if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
If you use the Site in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
